I can make a mean banana bread, and I love the pumpkin loaf at local coffee shops. These muffins combine the best of both worlds with a few tweaks to take away some of the white sugar and white flour. No added protein powder this time to make them feel more home-y and comfort filled. Just a classic muffin that kids and moms will both love.
