Just the same flavors of our traditional Greek Chicken Salad, but with a little carb up, served over a warm pita with Homemade Greek Tzatziki Sauce on the side. This used to be a staple lunch item for me when I was in a corporate job, so I was so excited to make my own twist by using slow cooked chicken thigh meat, crunchy lettuce and all the salad fix-ins!
