We used to buy these frozen from our local bulk store, and man were they good, so I decided to make my own! Paired with some tropical Coconut Lime Rice (just for flavor-no chewy stuff in there) and Mango Cabbage Slaw.

Keep slaw out and microwave for 2 minutes. Alternatively, heat tilapia in toaster oven or air fryer to keep crispy and just head rice in microwave. Top with slaw when heated through.
